CEF SOC Ltd will be awarding bursaries to deserving, excellent learners studying within the energy sector as specified at South African Higher Education institutions, specifically towards STEM Subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics related fields).

Eligibility :

To be considered for the bursary:

•  Applicants must meet the following minimum entry criteria
•  Must be a South African citizen Studying within one of the aforementioned fields of study Studying at Public Universities or Colleges
•  Enrolled for the first time in a degree or diploma qualification (not a second qualification) 
• Must be between the ages of 16 and 25 years
•  Achieved an average of 70% or higher in Grade 12 final results 
• If currently studying in an institution of higher education 70% average for the first year 
• Gross combined household income must not exceed R600,000 per annum 

Required Documents :

Applicants must submit the completed application form along with clear copies of the following documents:

•  Grade 12 mid-year results
•  Grade 12 final results with 70% average 
• Provisional admission letter from a higher education institution
•  Applicant’s certified ID 
• Parent's/Guardian’s certified ID
•  Proof of financial status (affidavit of parent/guardian’s payslip or social grant slips) 
• Proof of residential address 

NB: No late submission or manual application will be accepted
